I’ve been drawing all my life and gaming for a good part of it.  Prior to video games and rpgs, my favorite forms of entertainment were art and playing with my ninja turtles.  The first game console my family owned was a SNES.  I loved playing Super Mario World, and had a subscription to Nintendo Power during junior high.  I loved game art and character illustration the most.  I practiced drawing Earthworm Jim, the characters from Killer Instinct, Donkey Kong, and many anime style game characters I found in the magazine.

I got my N64 in college and a Game Boy Color.  Those were fun, but things really picked up when I got a PS2.  I collected many Final Fantasy games at that point, not to mention playing some overhead D&D games with it, and with my computer.  Baldur’s Gate was really fun.  I had bought the core books for AD&D 2nd in high school, and then 3rd when it came out, but never had anyone to play with.  I kept the books around because I loved the concept and the artwork.

In 2005, I met my fiance and started playing tabletop rpgs regularly.  Got my hands on some 3.5 and some WoD, some better music and more fun hobbies.  In 2006, we had better computers and internet, so we started playing Guild Wars.  That’s when everything changed.  The game was inspiring enough that I decided to return to college to finish my degree in art.  And that’s where I am today.
